A commissioned painting… a lasting memory

A commissioned painting tells a unique story, your story, and brings personal memories of something or someone to life.

Our working method is (roughly) as follows:

- We have one or more conversations with each other and will discuss our view of the content of your assignment (things you brought along, an (imaginary) memory, interest/passion, etc.) You also indicate whether you want a dark or light painting and what the approximate size should be.

- If you are still enthusiastic, we will make a number of concepts (compositions) that we will present to you and discuss with you on the basis of photos. Naturally, we will take your wishes into account as much as possible when composing. Depending on the size, number of objects and degree of difficulty, we will indicate the (final) price (per concept) We also hear from you whether you wish to purchase the painting with or without a frame.

- You make a choice based on our proposals with explanation(concepts).

- During the painting process we will keep you informed by email and (if you wish) we will schedule one or more visits to our studio so that you can see the progress of your painting in real life.
